Terms and Conditions
Each Makeover and Photoshoot experience is subject to a booking fee, taken at the time of booking for administration purposes. This fee will be £50 and will be according to date and availability. Booking fees are fully refundable or redeemable against any purchases made in the viewing room. All appointments are for individuals or groups and subject to availability. A booking fee is required for each person. All experiences are for any age but under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your appointment, you will no longer be guaranteed to experience the full makeover and photoshoot. This will result in a shortened makeup session or photoshoot session, or cancelling the appointment. If this occurs, a cancel fee will be charged. All major credit/debit cards can be used at the time of booking.
If you fail to attend your appointment at the studio, a cancelling fee of £125 will apply for each appointment. This charge will be applied automatically to the card used for your booking fee. Cancelling fees apply if you do not attend your appointment at your appointment time given at the time of booking, or if you arrive late which results in the experience on the day of your appointment being shortened. This fee is taken in to contribute towards the cost of the professional staff reserved for your appointment including makeup artist, hair stylist and a professional photographer.
Confirmations of appointments are sent via e-mail. If you need to alter your appointment, please call studio as soon as possible. Appointments can be changed once for a fee of £ 50 within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your initial booking. After 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your booking, changes are subject to an additional booking fee per appointment administration fee. If your makeover appointment is within the next 7 days, changes are subject to a £125 per appointment admin fee.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact the studio as soon as possible. The booking fee paid at the time of booking is non-refundable or non-redeemable in the event of cancellation. Appointments can be cancelled without any further charge within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of your initial booking. After 24 hours of receiving confirmation via email of your booking, cancellations are subject to a £125 per cancellation fee. This is to cover the cost of the professional team of makeup artists, hair stylists and photographers that have already been booked especially for your appointment.
THE VIEWING SESSION
All orders are posted and subject to a postage cost from £5 which is arranged at the viewing session. Artwork or personalized frames can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. Photographs and copyright images will be received on day once full payment made. Express delivery can be arranged at the viewing session. Photos are only dispatched once the full amount for the order has be completed. All images are copyrighted to Premier photoshoot unless otherwise stated.
